Understanding our subscription cancellation and refund terms

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which NIVIDA Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("NIVIDA", "we", "us") processes refund requests for subscriptions to the 30Journeys platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

Summary: 30Journeys subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we evaluate refund requests case by case and aim to resolve all concerns fairly.

1. Subscription Model

30Journeys operates on a subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and made immediately available, our standard policy is that all subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period commences.

2. Free Trial

Where a free trial period is offered, you may explore the platform features at no charge. We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of the trial period before subscribing. No refund will be issued for charges that begin after the trial period expires.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: A charge was made on your account without your authorization (subject to verification).
  • Service Unavailability: A significant and prolonged platform outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) occurred that was within NIVIDA's control, and we were unable to provide a service credit.
  • Annual Plan — Within 7 Days: For annual subscriptions only, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment, provided you have not actively used the platform beyond basic setup.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the subscription has been activated.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Monthly subscription payments (all monthly charges are final).
  • Annual plans after 7 days from the initial payment date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Dissatisfaction due to features that were clearly documented before purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
  • Access to the platform will continue until the billing period ends.
  • No pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team within the applicable time frame:

  • Email us at sales@nividasoftware.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your registered email address, organization name, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Attach any supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., duplicate payment proof).

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

7. Service Credits

In some cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits as goodwill compensation. Credits are applied to your account and can be used toward future subscription renewals. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
